Kathleen J. Kelly moves from Executive Director to Executive Chair – Development
ADR Chambers is pleased to appoint Kathleen Kelly as Executive Chair – Development, ADR Chambers. In her new position as ECD, she will be responsible for business development and member professional development.
Kathleen continues to conduct arbitrations, mediations, facilitations and investigations.
Kathleen has been involved in the field of dispute resolution (labour-management and employment) since 1972. She has served as a third party neutral in a wide variety of matters including civil, commercial, employment, environmental, estates and insurance since 1981. Her legal and business training (B. COMM., LL. B., LL.M.) and experience has positioned her well to be able to respond to a wide range of disputes using a variety of dispute resolution methods.
Kathleen is a member of both the British Columbia and Ontario Bars, a Member of National Council of the Canadian Bar Association and a published author with Butterworths, Canada Law Book and Federated Press.
