Commercial Arbitration

ADR Chambers is pleased to offer a specialized panel of Commercial Arbitrators consisting of leading Counsel and retired Judges who are dedicated to resolving commercial disputes in a business-like manner. The Panel members are also available for all ad hoc and institutional arbitrations.

ADR Chambers has New National Arbitration Rules. Parties now have the benefit of Rules which provide complete administration of a commercial arbitration, if requested. The Rules also provide new out-of-Court processes to resolve, in a private way, issues involving the appointment of Arbitrators, challenges to Arbitrators or any other issues which may arise in an arbitration. These New Rules help avoid undue cost and delay which would occur if the only recourse for the resolution of such issues was an application to a Court.
